Tim and Steve did a wonderful job. They arrived early, got to work right away and got it all done in the two hours I hoped would be enough. They assembled a couple of things happily.

In my quote, I told them it was an antique upright piano and the store suggested 3 people. All I needed was for them to take it off the truck and directly into my garage. The three who showed up were friendly, however their boss sent one older gentleman and two younger guys who were small and thin for an extremely heavy old wood piano. I asked them to call their boss for more help, and he refused. He blamed ME for only hiring 3 guys. They ended up getting my piano down, but with lots of restarts, great difficulty and my help. I was upset that they turned my piano on its side which should not ever happen. They're lucky that I brought it to refurbish, because if this piano had been in good working order to begin with, I'm sure it would not have been at the end. I don't blame the guys who came out because they did the best they could, but for $500 I expected much more than what I got. Never will use them again.
