Midnight movers were awesome, they arrived on time. Emptied our POD and carried contents up 3 flights of stairs. The were extremely careful. The men were polite and helpful. I strongly recommend.

The guys that showed up were friendly, but late to arrive and seemed in a rush. During the unload process, the property has a LOT of goathead thorns are they were advised of this and asked to be mindful of them.
They did not have their own dolly and used my 4 wheel cart with 2 x inflatable tires to unload and ran the tires through these goat heads, which puncured BOTH inflatable tires.
I'm requesting HireAHelper to pay for the rplacement tires for my cart.

I just tried to call Easy Lift Movers in order to let them know when the truck would arrive for the unloading of my belongings, and I received an abrupt response from Mr. Charles George, stating that he had a different date, followed by a hung up!?
Definetely by far, the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with!
Of course I immediately requested the cancellation of my reservation, and payment and proceeded to find another company with wonderful, efficient and friendly movers who showed up on time and unloaded the truck in a little over one hour!

Terrible service. The two people very poorly arranged my stuff in the truck and also placed my most fragile item (TV) against these rods. Scratching my TV and potentially damaging it. HireAHelper itself didn’t provide much resolution for this other than directing me to file a claim.
