Nathan and Adam did a great job: they were on time, polite and friendly, worked hard steadily to move the contents of our 3-bedroom house into two 16' PODS containers. When they arrived they thought they would be unloading containers, not loading them, but they pivoted without any problem. We have mold concerns so even though the containers looked clean, we asked them to wrap all of the furniture and loose items that we couldn't put in boxes (we had done all the packing), and they did that carefully and thoroughly, and still finished the job within the original time estimate. Nothing was damaged during the 1800 mile move, and my before-after pics showed that nothing shifted in the containers during transit, which is a sign that they knew how to pack and secure the load. A very professional job at the price I was quoted. I would definitely use Quality Movers again.

I do not recommend Quality Movers to anyone! I moved 15 miles across town and downsized from a 5 bed, 4 bath house to a 2 bed apartment. They charged me $2100 two days before the move, they were being paid to pack up my kitchen and a few rooms, and they literally dumped my belongings into boxes, didn’t organize anything, didn’t label anything, and made life 10x’s harder when I got to my new place. They gouged my brand new floors, broke antiques due to poor packing, broke the countertop off the wall because of stacking too many heavy boxes/objects in my new kitchen, and I cannot find anything! My coffee maker was placed on its side inside of a box with other kitchen items, and it was still full of coffee grinds and water. Additionally, things that were supposed to go into my storage unit ended up in my apartment and vice versa. The second day, the owner had the audacity to show up at my storage unit demanding another $1800 before the job was even done. I am utterly horrified at how this move went. I have pictures and documentation showing everything they did. The crew seemed to be high as well both days. Totally unprofessional, would not recommend them to anyone! Beware!!!

Because I am an older person and a worry wart it was wonderful to have their ongoing reassurances; they always took my concerns seriously and were very patient and professional about it. The loading crew, especially Joe, were just as amazing. They were professional, very careful with my items, and still very efficient. They finished well within the scheduled time frame.
