We had a late start but once the men arrived all went well. They worked very hard and were careful with my belongings.

I do not recommend this company. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom apartment and had everything boxed except a few pieces of large furniture (bookshelf, desk, couch). My quote was for 2 two movers for 2 hours ($225) and I was advised it could go longer (3 hours would go to ~$350). The team took nearly 6 hours to empty my 1-bedroom apartment, which was shocking to me and made my cost skyrocket (I ended up paying $731!).
I would recommend against booking with the company (Rigo's) and instead would suggest going with a company that has trained/experienced movers that can get the job done quickly, efficiently, and with tools/supplies that make them effective.
FWIW, this is not a knock at the movers themselves, they did their best (arrived on time, nice guys, respectful). But it was clear neither of them were experienced or well-trained movers. Additionally, neither of the movers spoke fluent English which made communication challenging (at least an advanced notice would have been appreciated).

Iban and Alex were well prepared and did not ding up my walls and loaded the POD under my contracted 3 hr.
My time slot was for them to arrive between 1-2pm for 3 hrs. I was contacted the night before and was told they’d be there earlier at 10 am. No problem, except they didn’t show up until 11:30. Not sure when I was called the night before to change my time 10 am, that scheduler knew they had a loading job before me— so 10 am was impossible time for them to be at my house.

I had the opportunity to hire them to load a POD, with zero experience of what to expect. They came on time, and ready to go. They didn't have the best English, but that didn't matter they simply got the job done and kicked ass. I tipped them heavy from their hard work and ingenuity in loading the POD as Tetris masters. I know this now because I had to order a U-haul truck for the remainder (not much) and decided to hire their help. It was a tad cheaper and I was already there and they were morons and careless. The difference was astonishing, one was driven and careful and quick and badass, the others the opposite. I didn't leave a bad review for the breaking things morons I just decided if you can't say anything nice axiom is my position here.

Rigo's made moving in very easy - the company is super organized, responsive, and flexible as I pushed the move out several times.
Evan and Alejandro were simply outstanding! So efficient, helpful, respectful of my property and understanding! I would recommend them to anyone moving!

I don't want to write a negative review but unfortunately the service was not great. To be fair, we had to move on a stormy day so we tried to be understanding since unloading a truck in the rain sucks. But everything was haphazardly stacked. Boxes clearly labeled "fragile" were crushed at the bottom of stacks. One end of our wool rug was soaked like it was set down in a puddle so it now has water damage. One of our ceramic lamps was shattered into pieces even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap/ moving blanket and cling wrap. Since the other one was perfectly fine, we presume the damaged one must have been dropped? I will say, whoever handles their bookings is very communicative, calling to confirm multiple times and they were accommodating of us arriving late due to the storm. 3/5 is factoring the weather in to our review... maybe that's why our experience was so bad? However, I would not recommend their services.

Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
