I ordered a POD for an out of state move and was feeling overwhelmed trying to visualize how to load it. So I hired Prestige Movers. The crew arrived early, which was fantastic. They did a quick walk-through to assess what needed to be packed and how they would do it. They clearly described the steps to their loading process. They further exceeded my expectations with how they prepared items to ship. So much care and detail was used when packing the mirrors and other fragile items. If you ever wanted to see someone win at an adult game of Tetris, this was it. I couldn’t be happier with the punctuality, professionalism, teamwork, and customer service that Prestige Movers showed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
