Relocation with Kellers Movers
Keller's Movers is a family oriented moving company. We started the company in August of 2018, we are relatively new but have had great review. We offer crew sizes from 2-5 depending on what the customer needs for a job. Since we are a family oriented company we are able to offer our customers a very friendly crew that is there to help with any and all of your moving needs. We are fast, efficient, very friendly, and communicate with the customer every step of the way.

The PODs Moving & Storage program literature set a high expectation regarding HireAHelper. I expected professional movers to be fully equipped with dollies, lifting straps, etc., and certainly capable of lifting a 200 pound desk that my wife and I carried into our home nearly two decades earlier. Instead, two young men and a child (8 or 9 years of age) showed up (albeit, on time)----with no lifting equipment, and unable to pick up the roll top desk. They left it in a hallway stating that I should have ordered 4 people! Having no dolly, they carried one box at a time out of the house to our PODS for an hour and 45 minutes before we sent them away. I suspect, because they get paid by the hour, there is no incentive for them to bring equipment that would empower them to work more efficiently. I remain completely disappointed with the PODS Moving & Storage HireAHelper referral program in Fulton County Pennsylvania.

We highly recommend Kellers Movers! The three that came to our place today did amazing work moving a bunch of heavy furniture despite the heat. Our apartment has a bunch of stairs and it really was not easy, but they were so positive and helpful. Our past movers incorrectly loaded items into the truck, which ended up completely damaging our furniture, but Kellers Movers helped us take photos of all the damages and I file a claim. Thank you for your hard work!

They showed up on time, thats about the best thing I can say. The rest is total and complete trash!! 3 hrs to rearrange some boxes that my wife and I had placed in the 26 ft truck from a storage unit that had fallen, 1 adjustable queen mattress frame, 5 or 6 piece sectional, 2 mattresses, buffet, love seat, and boxes. The truck was not packed tightly at all. Slow work. After the 3 hrs of not alot, i was glad to see them go. Friends and coworkers finished the truck and another truck in as much time as I paid for "help". You also may have to watch a child that is brought along with the "helpers".

Came 30 min late; worked hard but only 1 guy was efficient the other just hung around doodling with the phone; had to tell him to start loading boxes while the main guy was dissembling the furniture. Very slow so do everything so it took them >4 hrs to do things that 2 efficient guys could have easily done in <3 hrs.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we are notified that we have a job we like to make contact with the customer. We will get the time and address details and find out if there is anything else we can do to make there move easier for them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crews arrive on time, most of the time they show up early. We work hard and do whatever it takes to make sure everything is done that the customer needs. We stay until the job is done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure they have everything packed that they plan to take with them. Have a game plan going in this will help a lot on moving day. Having things labeled also helps that way things can be packed together and then it makes it easier when it comes to someone unpacking the truck as well.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves and we will travel long distance or do local. We have also done office moves. There are times we have been hired for a 2 hour job and ended up staying 12-14 hours because the customer has asked us to.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of being a mover is the variety of people that you get to meet and the places you get to see. Everyday is a different place and different people and we like the feeling of helping make a stressful time in someone's life a bit easier by helping in anyway that we can.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My husband will take a new person their 1st day as an extra to see how they can do. we see what areas they need to work on and make sure we give one on one training to show them how to do things properly. We also listen to customer feedback good or bad that we can make sure we are providing the best service we possibly can.
