These young men were clearly not movers. They had no equipment. They should never claim to be a moving company. The damage that occurred during the move can never be repaired.

Multiple items were scratched, misplaced and damaged while being moved. When I questioned I was told it was like that when I know it wasn’t.
I was told to look for lost boxes instead of the person who moved them to simply find it. Workers were not prepared for what I had asked to be done.
Belongings were not put where I had asked even thought boxes were labeled. A worker placed some of my belongings in the garbage.
A worker even placed an air conditioner unit on a top shelf of a closet when asked to place it on the ground. Due to the air conditioner being so high up I’m not able to move it and cut myself on the unit trying. Not only did I get hurt but they put it where it is in the way of my daughters playpen. If it were to fall because the weight is too much for a simple closet shelf it would fall into my child’s playpen, causing me to have to move my daughters playpen from where it should be.
There was also food left on my front porch from when they took their break. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
I did wanna ask about what food was left over at your home from our break? The guys only had a fountain drink on site.
2. You did advise us of a hole in the wall and were advised that we needed additional information (that you did not supply) from you.
3. You have not made us aware of any property damage since the movers have left, you also were made aware of the multiple pieces of furniture that were damaged in transit. You made us aware that a plastic button was missing and we let you know that it was not on there when we removed it from the truck. There wasn't any protection for your items during the move.
4. You did not make us aware that any items were placed in your trash and advised us that one box was misplaced.
5. You asked us to assemble 5 different items, in which you did not order or add that service to your order form.
6. The mover did set an air conditioner on the top shelf of your office and we were not made aware that it was up there until we were 2 hours away from the location.

I have moved many times in my life and I can say that this has been one of the most Pleasant efficient and helpful employees that I've ever worked with there was a lot to deal with and they did so with good cheer and help cheer me me up as this is a difficult situation for me I can't tell you how nice it was to have these young individuals work hard be polite and take things over and above but I've ever experienced in my 29 Moves In My Life I cannot recommend them enough I am thankful that they rather crude it was sent to me thank you very much
