The whole process was so great. Chris and John worked efficiently and with great communication through the whole process. They helped troubleshoot when spacing all the items seemed like it was going to be an issue, and even helped to strap down items in the bed of my dad’s truck at the end of the’move.
I highly reccomend them. You won’t be sorry. Super nice guys.

I truly could not be more pleased! Chris informed me of pending arrival. They arrived on time, got to work immediately, and continued uninterrupted (especially Chris) right up to the minute their 2 hours expired. They accomplished more than I had expected and were polite and respectful while doing so. I ABSOLUTELY will use them again; and indeed, have already recommended them. I had an unacceptably horrible move experience to this location last year (using Two Men and a Truck); and what I've been sharing with friends is to say that if I could write a move experience TOTALLY opposite of my last one, it would be the one I experienced with Hire a Helper / Chris and team. Chris and Larry were worth every dollar paid and much more. They were personable, helpful, knowledgeable and hard-working. They arrived early, worked non-stop, took no breaks and completed my moving job on time. Cost was exactly as expected. Would hire again without hesitation.

Terrible experience overall on both ends. The movers who packed did a horrible job and several items were damaged in transit including a bed frame, lamps, and my TV. The movers who unloaded showed up 2 hours late and took an extra hour to unload. They also did not set up my bed frame or dinning table. Would never, ever use this service again. Immensely disappointed.
Unloading was very difficult due to the way the truck was packed by the previous movers, and we had to take extra precautions carefully pulling things off, so things would not get damaged. We showed up within our time frame and provided speedy services. After changing customers, move date numerous times and still not knowing if we were going to be doing the job in the morning because of her pods delay but i've called her in the morning, and she finally told me that her part pods arrived at seven a m and wanted them done immediately, even though her reservation was not until noon. Customers storage unit was closed, so we had to travel to another storage unit and had to wait an additional forty minutes for customer to arrange storage. Due to the fact that customer time ran out because of her storage unit incident and the way the truck was packed. She did not want us to provide any more services for putting together beds or furniture Because she knew she had to pay additional money.
Additionally, we rescheduled this customer three different times Due to the fact that her pods were delayed. I feel that our company went beyond the call of duty for this customer and did everything that we could.
