I spoke with the owner prior to the move and I was very confident in this company handling our move. I WAS WRONG!!!!
Things changed when the actual movers showed up.
The did not represent the company very well. They were very slow, they spent most of the time discussing how they were going to get the furniture in the truck. I took them 5 hours to load a 1/4 of our stuff. I was under the assumption that they were professionals and had experience in moving furniture so I didn't understand why they didn't have some sort of procedure in place. They were far from professional. They did not know how to move a large piece of furniture and one the way out dug scrapes into the hard wood floors. They didn't even notice that they were ruining the floors. They also tried to get the refrigerator out of the front door without taking off the handles and ruined my 2,500 brand new refrigerator. They owner offered to fix it first and if that doesn't work we can submit the repair cost to the insurance. First of all you can not buff out sratched and scraps on a brand new refrigerator, second this was a brand new refrigerator, they should have wrapped it since I was instructed to buy my own plastic wrap and blankets.
They complained about past customer, wore baggy shorts so we had to look at one of the guys black and white checkered underpants displaying his nasty sweaty bottom the whole time.
They were not prepared for the job, they didn't have anything I would think movers possess like a dolly. They borrowed our dolly which cost us extra from the truck company.
I would have to say I would not recommend this company.

One guy showed up early and started working right away. Stand up helper! The other guy was a bit late, showed up in flip flops and smelling of beer. He slacked off all morning and let the other guy do most of the work. They still managed to finish the job in fairly reasonable time and get most of the items in the truck. 3 out of 5

They had vehicle problems that caused them to be late.
They showed up without a dolley to move my items to the second floor.
One of the guys worked well the other guy stayed on the phone a lot and rushed because he had something else he wanted to do.
Several of my items were scratched up during the move.
My feelings are neutral in regards to using this company again. But you get what you pay for.

Company really needs to communicate what the customer will be paying for if they go over there alloted time frame. I like the fact they call before the move, this is where they could communicate better with details about the move. I hired three guys: Jeren was GREAT !!! very professional, the other two could use a class on customer service, they argued with us instead of following are request, we were the ones paying.. Brain was very unprofessionable when he told me to go get money out of the ATM and that even his guys will take me,this is not what you wnt to hear at the end the job. I do believe in second chances so yes I would use them again.

The guys that came did a great job. They worked hard and got it done quickly. I did not have to lift a thing, just directed traffic.

Total rip off. I paid for 3 helps for 3 hours up front. 2 guys show up and leave after an hour. Told me one of his guys had bailed on him and he was overbooked, so he had to leave to go do other orders, but he would come back in a few days to help me finish the move. Never heard from again. Gave some lame excuse like my description wasn't "descriptive" enough. Bottom line is I paid for 3 people to help me load boxes and furniture for 3 hours = I got 2 people for 1 hour then they split.
