The team was on time and got to the business of unloading the truck. They worked continuously and finished within the two hours (in challenging cold weather). For a couple of the larger items the driver and I assisted. They worked very hard, were polite and wore masks the entire time. They also started their day early to meet the truck arrival time. A suggestion would be to have a hand truck are two to assist with the move.

Three very polite young men showed up on time and emptied my POD quickly taking great care with my belongings. They hustled! We had a large sectional that has always been challenging and they patiently and expertly moved it to our basement. Tyler was a master mover!

I had a 16 ft POD it was full. The 2 movers came on time but they did not have any moving equipment except All carrying by hand I live on 2nd floor of an apartment. No 2 wheelers, No carts only their hands to lift and carry. This took at least double the time.
They where polite, young with a strong back. If this is the way they move merchandise in the future they will hurt their backs.

Worth every penny!! Friendly group of guys that communicated well, on time and finished even sooner than we expected! We hired 3 movers for 2 hours to help us get our big furniture in our new house; they sent us 4 at no additional cost!! What took us all day to load a truck, these guys knocked out in under 2 hours. Our only only regret is that we didn’t hire them to load our truck too! I would call this team back in a heart beat! Very personable, upfront and fair pricing.

I am relocating out of state and the initial help I had scheduled bailed on me last minute! I was so thankful that the POD company had sent out information for labor at a fair price which really came in clutch for me to get the heavy things packed into my POD! Tyler was very professional and they were on time and got everything completed in 90 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
