They were about 3 hours late. They were not prepared for the job, didn’t bring a hand truck or any tools to help them do the move (luckily I supplied them with my own hand truck that they didn’t really use all that efficiently).
They REEKED of weed smell and you could tell that it affected their ability to work hard and fast. They were really inefficient with the 2 hours I booked them for and chit chatted with each other a lot rather than getting after the job. They kept telling me that I have a lot of stuff, like they were convincing me that I have too much stuff to complete in 2 hours. But a different pair of movers I hired days prior were able to load the entire truck in under 2 hours, so the excuse they gave me of why they couldn’t complete the job in 2 hours is instantly invalidated in my eyes. It felt as if they purposely try to not complete the job in the allotted time so that you have to pay for additional hours. They just didn’t seem like ‘professional’ movers that I have come to experience. Very disappointed in their services.

I came here to rip these guys a new one. They were over 6 hours late. Not their fault since the person they helped before kept extending the time. My problem is that they never communicated to us on a new time. They just didn't show up. We then talked to Hired Help and they tried calling. Also unresponsive. It was a big headache as we were moving out of state and this really put a wrench into things.
When they did arrive they packed efficiently and quickly. They did ask for a "big tip" at the end which was also a put off putting
I don’t believe anyone asked for a big tip at the end of the job because we were late and that seems slightly off putting. But on a better note we loaded a whole three story house with garage in less than an hour for you
So punctuality definitely has to be worked on but we were super happy to service you! You guys were awesome customers

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a stellar service from start to finish! From the initial contact til the moment payment has been made. We show up on time, fully equipped and ready to rock!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a courtesy call before the move starts, the crew arrives, takes a look at the home and does a pre check. That means checking around the house to look at the condition of the items so that we are on the same page. Then we bring in the tools and start getting the items ready for transport. In the truck the items get packed safely and securely to ensure a successful move. They can expect smiling and friendly movers because customer service and satisfaction is our top priority!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything should be ready for the upcoming move. Dressers should be empty, unless otherwise stated Items should be in a box ready to go TVs and appliances should be unhooked from walls and connectors Have your items being moved and items being discarded to be organized beforehand. Disclose all items of extreme importance and value beforehand
