Reid and his team were absolutely fantastic. Reid contacted me prior to his arrival to introduce himself and gave an exact arrival time. Throughout the entire process Reid and his team worked to carefully and efficiently to move everything into my POD unit and the efficiency was so great that I did not have to worry about everything fitting into it. I am very grateful for their help. Would use them again!

They were supposed to be here at 9 ro 10 with 3 people. They didn't show until 1040. With only 2 people. The 3 and 4th person didn't show until 2pm. They dropped furniture on my wood floor and knocked a huge dent in it. They scratched the floor in several places. I had purchased 30 uhaul furniture blankets and they failed to wrap my furniture properly. They scratched my master bed. They didn't seem to know how to pack the furniture. I had showed them several times what furniture went in each pod and the truck. I have to store part of this furniture now I have pieces of one of my bedroom suits in 3 different containers. I am going to need to pay someone to reload. I normally use another company but hire a helper recommended your company terrible experience.
The guys were nice but needed tp be trained on moving procedures.

The two helpers worked well to load storage safely and efficiently. I appreciated their good, hard work. They did not bring any carts or dollies.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
