What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When you book with us, you'll work directly with Jared, the owner, who will personally reach out a day or two before your move to confirm the details. Our goal is to make your moving experience smooth and stress-free.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We call our customers when we leave the shop to provide an estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, our team carefully loads your belongings onto the truck while another member pads and secures them for safe transport. At your new home, we coordinate with you to place everything exactly where you want it. We can also unpack, arrange, and assemble any items you need!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
When moving boxes, labeling them can save time during unloading. Additionally, keeping pets in a secure area or away for the day helps prevent them from escaping amidst the hustle.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle moves of all sizes, from small deliveries to full-house relocations. While most of our work is in the Fox Valley, we also offer out-of-state moves. We frequently assist with relocations between Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, and the Fox Valley.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of the job is not just meeting but exceeding customer expectations. It’s always rewarding to help clients and make their moving experience smooth and stress-free with great service. I also enjoy packing the truck—it’s like a constant game of Tetris, fitting everything in just right and securing it tightly to help prevent damage during transit.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all crew members with a detailed training checklist covering safety and proper handling of items. Every move includes a team lead, often with years of experience in packing and moving. Having an experienced leader on the job helps prevent damage, ensures efficiency, and allows them to guide and train others.
