What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We make it our utmost priority to bring the smoothest moving experience to our customers. Once booked, our customers can contact with any questions or concerns that they might have, as well as any updates regarding their move. On the day before their move, we will confirm the scheduled date and time for the move over the phone with the customer.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the moving crew will contact the customer to let the customer know the crew is on its way, and provide an ETA. Upon arrival, an assessment of the move will be performed and the crew will give the customer a more accurate estimate as to how long the move will take, as well as to what the final amount for the move will be. The crew will pack items and disassemble/reassemble furniture if needed, wrap all furniture securely in moving blankets, shrink wrap and tape.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Packing all small and loose items in boxes, making it easier for our movers to move the customer's belongings. Leaving all furniture and large items easily accessible will most surely make your move smoother.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've moved small and large homes, offices. We've handled local and long distance moves as well as residential and commercial moves. You name it, we move it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to provide a much needed service in a stressful time such as changing homes is our greatest reward. We strive to bring a smile on our customers' faces and to make their moving smooth and stress free.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have weekly meetings with our crew in order to review every aspect of the moving performance. We want to ensure the greatest skill and expertise is constantly shown by our movers.
