What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Elite Movers Denver provides each client with an arrival window when the appointment is booked. If a client books an afternoon appointment the crew will notify the client when their morning appointment has finished and they are on there way. The first appointment of the day is scheduled for 8am and the afternoon arrival window is normally 12pm-2pm. The Crew will always call ahead of time to notify our clients of an arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All of our Moving Trucks Are stocked with 60 moving pads, floor protector, door protector, dolly's, tape, and plastic wrap to guarantee the very best service. Elite Movers will bring all the tools to disassemble and reassemble your beds. If your bed has air or water fill, please empty it before moving day. Some beds do require additional services and costs, such as: log beds, very complicated bunk bed systems and canopy beds. All the bedding should be removed before the movers arrive.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always recommend that client do as much as they can before move day, but the crew will come prepared to do everything required to get the move completed safely. Packing items into boxs, clearing out shelves, and clearing off furniture so the crew can prepare the furniture for the move.
