Tim and Jake showed up on time and completed the unload flawlessly and in amazing time! They are great people and extremely helpful when I needed to back the truck up an incline. I think they were great and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. They are really professional and fun to spend the time with.

Quick, efficient, clean, and courteous. Che and Kevin did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. They were very careful with our possessions and made sure everything was treated with respect. Amazing job, guys! You were great! Will think of you again in the future!

They were on time, mostly prepared for the job, worked fine, and were for the most part respectful of our property. My only comment is that the day prior to the scheduled time (I hired them to ONLY unload), things took a left turn. It took many back and forth text messages to iron out the job. First they had the day/time wrong. Then they wanted to change the time to fit in another job that morning, then he offered to bring a 3rd guy at no charge, then wanted to cancel the job, then agreed to finally do the job I'd hired when I agreed to bring additional help, citing that the HireAHelper notification system doesn't provide the level of detail that I included in the reservation (2 large moving trucks needing to be unloaded into 2 storage units with no major heavy items). Not only did this roller coaster of a situation occur the day BEFORE the moving trucks showed up from cross-country, but it was quite an inconvenience and added a level of stress that we didn't need. I've NEVER had this type of situation occur before in all my hiring of help. I hired EZ Move because of their 5-star reviews. BTW, they did NOT bring a 3rd guy but they did work consistently while they were unloading things. It was a disappointing transaction. I would not hire them again (I'm going back to using Big Al's moving company) and I won't use HireAHelper again either. I wish I could rate HaH...I'd give them a 1star. I docked EZ Move because it really wasn't EZ.

Che and his assistant arrived on time, were very customer service oriented, polite, friendly and professional. One item of furniture was a dresser family heirloom over 100 years old, it was large and heavy. The handled it successfully with care moving it down the stairwell. I will use them again, and recommend them. Excellent!

We will come fully prepared with all necessary equipment and a great mindset to deliver an excellent experience.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If items need to be loaded/ put in a specific area make sure they’re labeled for the team so there’s no miscommunication. If there’s any specialty items alert crew lead so we can make sure it’s priority. And if any changes need to be made to the schedule alert us so we can be ready to go when you are.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all. Small moves. Big moves. Long distance (New York) (Ohio) relocations. We’ve handled some of the most complicated moves there are. From spiral staircases, to 3 story with no access, we have done it all.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and bringing a smile to their face. Seeing thier appreciation for our hard work.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Some of the best. I’ve learned throughout the years many different ways from some of the top movers in the U.S. All our training is custom. Everything from hand placement to lifting techniques, observance skills to leading. Safety is number 1.
