They did a good job of moving furniture. They were late but called to let us know. The only issue I had is that I had asked the company to remove a couple of large furniture pieces and donate them if possible. I was quoted an extra $5 per hour. I thought that was low but I was surprised when they were ready to leave and after being tipped, they asked for a dumping fee and extra driver time to remove the items even though there is a goodwill very nearby that accepts large furniture. The could have informed us on the phone prior to arrival of the extra charges since I did ask.

Portland Movers Ready were terrific! Martin 2 & Martin 3 were wonderful; planned on coming earlier than scheduled but with heavy rain & traffic they called to say there was a delay; HOWEVER, when they arrived they worked quickly and efficiently and everything to be loaded into the pod fit perfectly. I'll be contacting Portland Movers Ready when I buy a new home!

The movers arrived 10 minutes later than expected, but worked hard from start to finish. After they left I noticed one screw leftover from the bed frame they put together. I wish they had told me versus me just finding it later.
