They have helped us twice during this move and both times I couldn't say enough good things about them. They worked hard and they were careful with our belongings. They knew how to pack things (put the puzzle together). They quite literally saved us! We would not have been done on time without them. The charges were very reasonable, instead of thinking " ha! You need us, so we can gouge you!" This all means we would use them again and recommend them!

One helper did not grasp the concept of heavy items on the bottom and light items on top, so I had crushed boxes and had to constantly monitor that things did not get ruined or broken. I explained to him that he cannot put two 40 lb. boxes on top of my sewing machine, but he did not seem to care.
I was extremely disappointed. I hired them for 3 hours and they thought they were finished at 2.5 hours. When I told them we needed to go get my washer and dryer with the U-Haul, one mile away at my mother's house, they were reluctant to finish the job. I told them I was paying them for 3 hours and I expected 3 hours of service.
They did show up on time, but I would not use them again.

These guys were great. The showed up on time and got straight to work and knew exactly what they were doing with packing all my stuff. Im very confident it will be safe and sound with we unpack it on the other end of our move. Thx for all the help!!!! Will definitely recommend these movers in the future!

They did a great job. They were working hard and quickly. They were very respectful of our belongings. When moving large items they would communicate about the best way to protect the property and the walls. I would highly recommend them. The only negative thing I would mention is that they were running about 30 minutes late but it wasn't really an inconvenience to us and they called to let us know.

If there was a no star I would definitely give them a negative star. I have moved over 30 times across county and state and this is the worse company I have ever seen. I just hired them for two hours to load some heavy things, first they were 10 minutes late and they work very slowly carrying things that were light just killing time, and loading the trailer with light things that did not making any sense to me. Since they were hired to carry the heavy things. I asked if they had brought something to put down on the carpet and they yes but they never did, they walked in and out of the house bringing back in the dirt on the carpet. The worst thing is they carried my dresser down and broke off one of the legs and the proceeded to try and hammer it back on with out telling me.. I looked out the window to see the noise and once I saw what they had done along with scratching the wall on the way down the stairs and the floor, Then they drug my fridge across the trailer floor because neither one was strong enough to hold it up right... I called their boss Jeff and explained the problem of what was going on and his response was "oh you dont need them for more time" WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?????? NO I AM SORRY WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR DAMAGES NOTHING... THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD DO NOT HIRE THEM ... THE TWO GUYS THAT CAME WERE ONLY INTERESTED IN ME PAYING THEM, NOT IM SORRY NOTHING... THEY REMINDED ME OF THE MOVIE DUMB AND DUMBER!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY FOR SURE.... THE GUYS IN THE PICTURES ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE GUYS WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE...
