Lester was very good at communicating before and during the service. He was on time, well prepared, and very professional while also friendly and kind. He worked quickly but with great care for my home and belongings. The expected time was two hour but he completed all the furniture moves in a little over an hour, including disassembly and reassembly. I highly recommend him and his team.
Area Realty Movers did an outstanding job. The crew stayed energized and focused through the full four hours, and even went above and beyond by staying an extra hour to help us wrap things up. They worked hard, communicated well, and handled everything with care. Solid team—would definitely recommend.
Arrived on time and got right to work. Loaded my truck and were finished before the 2 hours has passed. There was no damage to the furniture when the furniture arrived in Virginia.
Prior to the job date, Aaron communicated with me to hammer out the timing. Things were planned out properly. They arrived early to inspect the surroundings and timing worked out wonderfully with my truck drop-off. Granted I had a relatively small job, they finished within 30 minutes and everything went smoothly.
The guys did a quick job loading the truck but I don't think enough attention was paid to what was fragile and what was not. When the truck was unloaded, several things were found broken and a couple of chair mats may not be usable again because they were not kept flat. Other items may also be damaged but I won't know that until they are finally unloaded when I find a place to live.
I truly recommend them! Awesome team! They took really good care of my furniture, and worked really hard! I saved their contact and will hire them every time I have to move. Could not be more happy with their service! Same price as everyone else (maybe a little cheaper) but their service is phenomenal! You won't regret!
