The helpers showed up 3 hours late. After several phone calls to the contact phone # for Grind Time, the mover, "Damen", called me to explain his prior job had run overtime, so our agreed-to time would be delayed. He offered a $25 discount for the load and unload day, which we accepted. When they finally did arrive, they were a husband-and-wife team, which I thought was a little odd, but the woman seemed strong so we proceeded with the move. After loading the truck, it was evident that we could not fit all of our items and would need to return to retrieve the 67-inch TV/stereo, roll-top desk top, as well as some items left in the garage. We came back 2 days later with another truck to retrieve the remaining items. We get home to discover our home had been broken into and the TV/stereo gone as well as a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a smaller stereo, and a couple of tools. They had broken into the old dog flap in the basement. The movers were the only ones who knew that we still had items left in the house to come back and get, so while I don't know for sure that they did it, I am very suspicious based on this fact plus the neighbor saw a woman casing our house the previous day (she fit the wife mover's description). I gave the police all of their contact phone #s. Grind Time was also supposed to do our unload day at our new home location, but they never showed. Hireahelper found us another company who did a good job for the unload. All in all, DO NOT USE GRIND TIME MOVERS.
