Midtown Moving did a wonderful job!! It was a stressful day having to move my elderly father with dementia/Alzheimers and my family was able to focus completely on my Father due to their timeliness and professionalism in handling the multiple moves required that day. I highly recommend them, particularly if your move requires more than one stop.

We had issues with several items such as wood furniture being scuffed and dented (despite being wrapped), boxes breaking, a few broken dishware items (could attribute to how these were packed but still worth mentioning), and substantial damage to our litter robot which we saw dropped from the top of a stack of items on a dolly, causing the casing for the power supply to break off completely, the wires damaged slightly, and a crack across the entire side of the unit shell. It functions properly as far as I can tell but it's unclear if the sensors were affected. To be fair to the movers, they were asked to come in on MLK day (I questioned ahead of time whether this would be ok; I was assured it was), they were told it was a 2-hour job (we were quoted for 4, took about 6), and it was a really cold day. They probably were frustrated as well with having to wait for our Upack to be ready and with the elevator situation in our building (only could hold for part of the move). Still it probably doesn't excuse increasing carelessness toward the end of the job. They were also unable to help us reassemble items that the Hire-a-helper team at our original location took apart, though we had been told this would be included.

The messed up my furniture and knicked the walls of my new home. Professional but very inexperienced movers. I contact midtown to file claims for the damages and I never heard back from anyone. I will never hire this company EVER again!!!!!!!!!
