The moving crew did not use the tie-down cords nor many of the blankets that I bought specially for the move from Atlanta to Pennsylvania. Instead he and his assistant wedged everything together, which I didn't know until his 4 hours or packing my pod was done. I was concerned, but he assured me that it was not a problem. The mover, however, was wrong. The pile of furniture shifted, and I could hardly open the pod door when it arrived. Things were somewhat of a mess inside, and a few of my things were damaged.
