The workers were fantastic when they finally arrived. I received a call at 7:53pm Friday night before the scheduled 9-10 am booked job for the following Saturday. Well after driving from Illinois to Georgia the previous two days, driving a Uhaul towing a car through the KY, TN and GA mountains, at 7:53pm on Friday night, sorry, I was fast asleep. There was a message about clarifying directions. The job had already been accepted and Saturday morning when I didn't receive another call about any changes, I expected the workers to arrive between 9-10am as I had booked them. The workers did not arrive and when I was able to get in contact with the boss, supervisor, or owner of the company I was told that he had someone who could come at 1:30pm. I'm still unclear about how you blow off a scheduled, accepted appointment without as much of a second phone call Saturday morning. I'm unclear as to how you blow it off period because it was booked and accepted and I had not called to cancel or reschedule so I was disturbed by that all together. And based on somethings the gentleman said to me, I feel as though he made a lot of assumptions. The overall experience was a good one but that is based solely on the workers in the field.

They loaded by 3 bedroom townhome in 1.5 hours. My Pack Rat Pod was organized to perfection.
I wish that they could unload my belongings when I move to Florida.

I asked for two guys who were strong with stamina since they had to move a two bedroom apt up to the third floor. We were shocked at the stamina of the two guys who helped us! They just kept going! They were polite, careful and worked very quickly. Also, Rick, the scheduler was very accommodating and polite, even when I made a mistake putting down the wrong date. Thanks guys! We would definitely use this service again.

I highly reccoemnd them. They were very repsonsive, called me wiht updates on the time they wold get there. Since you pay by the hour, I expected they might be slow to get more hours out of you. They did the exact oppsite. They were quick and very professional. it was hot, and I had to keep telling them to take a break and get water. They finished the job almost an hour earlier than I had expected taking no short cuts. I have to move my daughter in a month, and I will definatley use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
