You’ll receive a clear confirmation message outlining your move date, arrival window, and the details of the service you selected.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A courtesy call before arrival. Our team will reach out in advance to introduce themselves, review your move needs, confirm access points, and answer any questions.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Set Aside Important Personal Items! Such as: • Wallet, keys, documents • Medications • Chargers and electronics • Jewelry or valuables We want to make sure nothing important gets packed by accident. Make sure entryways, hallways, and staircases are clear for the crew. For safety, we recommend pets are kept in a separate room or with family during the move.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All About Moves crews go through hands on training in safe lifting, furniture protection, packing, loading, and customer service before ever stepping onto a job. We teach proper technique, wrapping skills, and how to move efficiently without damaging your home or belongings. We also run weekly team lifting competitions to keep everyone strong, sharp, and connected. It builds strength, teamwork, and a tight bond.
