I had a great experience using Dependable Movers to unload a storage container. Both the booking process and the payment process went very smoothly. The movers were timely, friendly, capable, polite, hardworking, thoughtful, and considerate of my belongings. They moved everything in through a difficult entryway and had a great attitude the entire time, even though it was a very hot day. I would highly recommend them.

A great job. They called ahead that morning to tell me exactly when they'd arrive. They worked hard at packing me out of my storage unit, and did an excellent job of packing my stuff into the moving truck --- 1000 miles of driving and there were no rattles, nothing moved, everything got home safely! This is my second time using this mover, and both experiences were excellent. Highly recommend!

Here is how it shook down. They showed up within the time frame they gave me. It was all down hill from there. Arrived at 8:20 and I had truck ready to go. Started at 8:30. Things were not placed in the rooms specified everytime, got it right about 80% of the time. When stacking boxes in garage it was done haphazardly and with no regard for stability, several stacks were teetering and I had to reorganize everything. They hit the porch light with something flipping it upside down and dumping a bird nest with many eggs on the ground in front of the door, stepped on them and tracked them up the stairs in the carpet and, here is the important part since I don't give a **** about the nest, they didn't say a word to me. One kid took a five minute break in their car. I had to grab stuff and try to set the pace in movement speed to keep them going. At 10:10 they said they had 6 mins left. That's 12 mins short of what we paid for. They were slow, didn't bang up the walls that I saw but their speed was not professional. It was more like 1.5 people working instead of 3 people. I have worked for a moving company in the past and I would not have been called for the next job if I worked like that. Disappointed and did not recommend to my friend that is moving a 5 bedroom house next week.

Rob and team were incredible. They were on time, careful with the furniture and other belongings, and super efficient. They helped me unload a POD into a Uhaul, then met me at an apartment to unload the Uhaul. We spent a few hours moving and they worked hard ... carrying hundreds of pounds of furniture up a flight of stairs without blinking. I would use them again in a heartbeat ... best movers I've ever worked with.

Dependable movers got there on time. They were pleasant and courteous and respectful of our furniture and new floors. Our two PACK-RATs were unloaded in under 3 hours. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to friends.

Dependable Movers was great. They got caught in some bad traffic but called to keep me updated on when they would be here. They moved a very heavy bathroom vanity with top/sinks (428 lbs) up an outside staircase without a hitch. They were so careful to wrap it and placed cushioning to protect the vanity and the staircase. Wonderful guys!! Highly recommended and would be pleased to hire them again!!
