They were fast, efficient, and courteous. Unloaded my large POD in under 2 hours. Only two issues: 1 - One mover showed a few minutes late. 2 - They did not have a utility dolly to move Freezer & Washer/Dryer. It all got moved with no issues luckily.
Good guys but a little room for improvement.

I was told the movers were arriving, and then that they were walking around the building. Well, it is a Senior apartment complex, and every entrance is locked around the block, except for the main entrance, so that wasted almost half an hour.
The guys worked hard, but I saw one running out and driving off, "for a drink," it didn't inspire confidence and I told them so.
Two lamps were broken when we got to unpacking. That is disappointing because everything else was shrink-wrapped within an inch of it's life. The shrink wrap costs extra by the way.

These guys did amazing work! I don’t know how they managed to get everything to fit in my pod, but they did.
I supplied moving blankets and plastic wrap, they wrapped everything to perfection. They were on time, professional and courteous.

Ethan & Alex were great! They totally filled up the entire Container with our stuff and paid attention to making sure furniture stayed protected.

I would under no circumstances recommend Rocky Haulers. They did not show up at all the first day that they were scheduled because supposedly their guys were in an accident and then only 1/2 of the movers showed up the second day. The movers that did arrive were not equipped to move the heavy item that I paid for and I had to recruit family to help with it instead. Although he did notify me of the accident on the first day (after the time they were scheduled to arrive), Ethan did not respond to any of my messages after that.
Also, do better homework than I did; this company (AE Management INC, Rocky Haulers is a trade name) is not in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State and is not even listed on the Better Business Bureau website.

Unique situation but not happy with how it was handled.
I originally hired two movers for 3 hours. I called the company and explained we had a piano and 4 porch steps. He recommended 4 movers for 2 hours so they could safely move the piano and I thought that was a great idea.
On the day of the move, two guys showed up on time. They were stellar. Professional, safe, efficient, communicative. 2.5 hours into the move, I hadn't heard from the owner about the 2 other guys to move the piano. I texted and called and 3 hours into the move, they replied and said his other guys bailed.
The issue I have is that he didn't tell me and presumably was never going to tell me. So I'm left with two movers that don't know how move a piano and basically no time to figure it out. I had to ask my neighbors for help and thankfully the movers that did show up were so great that they didn't bat an eye, as long as we had enough support.
The owner should have called me immediately when the other guys bailed. I could have spent 3 hours figuring out how to make it work and securing the proper equipment. Instead, it was rushed out the door and we broke a leg moving it down the driveway without a dolly. I don't fault the individual movers at all but I do fault the owner of the company. I received no apology or call.
If I had to guess what actually happened: the owner never adjusted the quote for the job and then lied to me about the other guys bailing.
All in all, the two guys crushed it and I'm super thankful for them and tipped the heck out of them. I'm very disappointed in the owners lack of communication or ownership over the problem. If the guys bailed, I should have been notified immediately so I could figure it out.
