The company didn’t communicate with me and the movers ended up showing up an hour and a half later. This is nothing against the actual movers that showed up though - they worked extremely hard and were very respectful. Would I use this company again? No, but only due to the lack of organization and communication on the part of the company - the workers did a great job.

I wanted to leave a good review of this company, but I unfortunately had so many little problems and then one big problem that I cannot. The movers themselves were 45 mins later than they said they'd be, but were friendly and respectful towards me. However, they were not very careful with my belongings. A few times being not so careful? Okay, no big deal, but they were really not careful with most things and did end up even scratching the top of my vintage dining table in several places because they put another table top with screws on the bottom on top of the table and pushed it. The owner of the company said he would send someone to fix it. Not only was this person very late but they only showed up with wood-colored crayons to COLOR the scratches which was not going to fix it of course. Then the owner disappeared and never offered another solution to the damages! I'm really disappointed.
