One of the employees was not careful with our items when they were clearly marked fragile. Once our trailer arrived at our new home, the pack was so bad our items had collapsed in the middle even though we had provided packing straps that they used. The loaders also placed my heavy real wood, vintage bedroom dresser on it's side instead of placing it on all 4 feet. The team unloading at our home could not believe how bad our full load was packed. The legs of an vintage pedestal table were broken and a glass item was broken. I hope I don't find more broken items as I unpack my fragile items and I hope that my dresser that was placed on it's side hasn't been loosened that will only show up later once the insurance has ran out. The crew was on time and prepared for the job. Two of the gentlement taking items to the truck were very hard workers and I would use them again.
