I previously gave you a good review before I realized that all my tools, mirrors and several boxes and gardening items were never loaded into the moving truck by you. Upack claims they never removed the lock when the trailer arrived and did not touch my items. So they were either never loaded or somehow just mysteriously disappeared from my home. When I was thinking they were on the freaking truck. Thank you for stealing from a cancer patient. Buyer beware
