They got all of my stuff into my apartment, and they were friendly. However, they could have helped me plan better for the move. I called in advance to make sure everything was okay for the move, and he requested upping from 2 movers to 3 for the apartment complex. I did this, but we still went over time a little bit and while I was paying I was told that this job usually requires 4. I wish that had been communicated to me in advance.
Additionally, they brought everything in to my apartment, but they left the couches upside down and didn't put my bed together. The pod still had trash in it when they were done.
I think they were fine, and did what had to be done, but I wish that they had helped me plan better and that they helped a little more once everything was in my apartment.

Supervisor rushed the 2 guys and also taking off the furniture protection before bringing furniture into the house causing many scratches that need to be touched up! Furniture protection was plastic wrap and blankets.

They did a great job just unloading my 16ft pod, but I didn’t need as many of their unloaders and more hours as I thought I did. I had 4 guys and 4 hours they did it in 45mins. Save yourself some money and do the minimum of two hours and two people. You don’t get any of your money back if they do it in less time. Food for thought.
