We hired Heavy Foot Movers to unload our Pack Rat Units. Jay, Eric and Roman arrived on time and ready to work. We are in a brand new home so we asked for extra care with bringing our stuff into the house. They were very hard working and truly cared about our belongings. My movers, Eric and Ronan, were absolutely great. I was so worried (and fairly certain) that all my belongings would not fit in the small-sized POD unit, but they made it work, and in less than two hours. I was definitely impressed.
