Alonzo and Luis were wonderful! They communicated with me by text when they were gonna be at the house and they arrived on time. After doing a brief walk-through, they immediately started unloading my Pod. They were courteous, fast and very helpful unwrapping and placing my furniture where I wanted. They had all the right equipment and cleared the pod under 2 hours with no damage!

The whole process was easy and quick. The guys were so nice and efficient. They were kind and very respectful of our house and our furniture. Highly recommend them.

The POD was completely unloaded and they were finished here before 1pm.

Not the best experience. It started out really good for the first 2 hours. Really great at using the full space. The last hour was rushed and certain things ended up being thrown in. Left about an hour early than what I had booked as they were "done". Spent about 3 hours the next day taking out a good section and having to repack myself as there was too much dead space and there was no room for the last few items I had specifically mentioned.
We did want to share a bit of context as well: during the job, a significant number of additional items were brought to us after the initial walkthrough. Since the load plan is built around what we’re shown at the start, adding that volume of items midway through can impact the space available in the truck and the overall flow. Even with the challenges on-site — including terrain that made equipment difficult to use — the crew did their best to complete the job safely and keep everything moving for you.

I would use this company again. Nothing is perfect but they did get the job done. They did arrive on time. They were prepared for the job, I rented my own truck and one of the movers knew all about the truck and how to drive it. This may not be a big deal to those who are experienced with diesel trucks but I am not. I got from point A to point B without a hiccup. The movers were respectful of my property and they worked hard to finish in the 2 hour window.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
