Team arrived on time (actually early, but we communicated about it and it was desired for all parties) and in a great mood. Team was friendly and got right to work. They communicated and asked questions when they didn’t know where to put or move something. Worked great together and finished in record time!

I used Smart Move when I first moved to Clayton, North Carolina. I was very impressed with the two young men sent to unload my truck. They were polite there was no damage to my items and the same as today- the two young men that came were very polite and knew I was concerned about the way my items would be packed on the van. I know they were trained well. I have moved my self from five homes and have done most of the packing/wrapping myself and have never had any of my things arrive damaged even after your company has packed the truck or unpacked the truck for me. I should be working for your company lol.
