Terrific crew! Arrived and assessed our home and items to be moved. Discussed our desired packing order, which they accommodated beautifully and without question. Matthew and his team of Stella, Tristian, Stiven, and Carlos. They worked HARD! the entire time they were here. Was money well, well spent as they did in 3 hours what my husband and I would never have been able to do and still be married! Matthew and his team packed everything with the utmost care, ensuring they will have no problem during transit and arriving safely to our new destination. I went with this company based solely on the reviews I read. I felt compelled to write one after the terrific and extremely pleasing experience I had with Smart Move, LLC. Everything went great! Showed up with 3 people even though we only paid for 2. Everything went quickly and efficiently. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival.
During our unloading, those movers stated that most items were not loaded correctly into the POD. A few items were damaged - we do not know if this happened during loading or during transport.
