Jamil, Billy and Nick were our movers. They were on time, courteous and hard working. They handled heavy furniture up steep stairs, treated our belongings with care and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend and would use their services again.

They worked hard and fast, with a full and varied household load. They had some heavy items to navigate down stairs and did so without damage to walls or lights on the way. It did need more time than originally estimated and scheduled, and not everything got loaded in the space provided. There were a couple of things I wished they'd handled differently, but given the general chaos at my house, they did an excellent job in the time they had. They were a huge friendly help on a hot and exhausting day!

The four young men that came from Smart Move were the best. Very respectful and professional. And did I mention hard working and strong (able to move a piano). I was extremely pleased with their work.

Original booking was made for 9-10 am three helpers for 2 hours to unload 2 pods and move furniture upstairs in 2 Storey house as explained in comments while booking. Received email next day saying booking needed to be changed to between 3-4 pm because original time slot was not enough to unload two pods.Received phone call on day of move at 4 15pm informing me that the crew were still tied up at another job and would not be at my location until around 6 pm.
Received another call telling me company would be sending 2 guys right away with 2 more to follow. 2 guys did show up at 6 15 by which time my wife and I had already unloaded one pod by ourselves. Guys were not aware that this was a 2 level house and that they would be moving bedroom furniture upstairs. By 7 00pm the other promised guys had not shown up even though company was not aware I had already unloaded one pod myself. I called to cancel any addition help as the two guys were almost complete. Received notifications from company via text and email telling me my initial 2 hour window with 3 guys was up and would need to be paying $125.00 and hour per guy before they had even showed up to start job. Very poor communication between company and crew. The two guys ( Garrett and Amir ) did a great job when they got started and managed to get everything unloaded from second pod and moved upstairs in 1 hour.I would use the 2 guys again but would look elsewhere for a moving company when moving again. Company did amend my original bill to only charge for 2 guys for 2 hours but I would have rather had the original planned 3 guys to unload at 9 am

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
