Would not use them in the future. They were late after I called them. There was no accountability for anything. Three guys showed up exhausted and rushed. Never again.
To address the situation, we provided an additional crew member at no extra cost and applied a 45-minute discount to your final bill. Despite the initial delay, we were still able to complete your move within the originally scheduled timeframe.
We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make this right.

Chris and his partner did a wonderful job. Im so glad that it was decided to send him after I had my concerns about all my items fitting into the cube, but....they did it! They were even able to add more belongings, therefore I wont have to move that much more stuff later. Complete convenience for me!! Moving is the most stressful thing in the world to me, but immediately upon their arrival, my stress disappeared. Thank you for sending this awesome team!!!

Robert and George did an outstanding job unloading the container and placing items safely in the various locations. They were friendly and professional and got done well before the 2-hour window. I was impressed with how efficient they were and their patience when I accidentally had to ask them to move a big piece back upstairs due to my own mistake thinking it went downstairs. I would definitely recommend them and Hire a Helper again.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
