The guys were respectful but showed up unprepared without tools. I had a basic set of tools when they showed up which they used. Once we moved the furniture to the new place, they didn't bring the tools or the bolts and screws to put the bed sets back together. I had to send my daughter back to the old place so they could finish the work. They couldn't fit a sleeper sofa in one of the rooms and broke 2 of the legs. The broken sofa sleeper now sits in my new garage and I will donate at this point. Overall not a good experience. I understand mistakes happen but this was a little much.

They came and did everything professionally they were supposed to be three but the two did it within the same amount of time.

They showed up and spent the first hour and a half taking the easy boxes instead of the heavy furniture after I asked them 3 times to stop filling the pod with boxes. I had to finally call a male friend over and he said firmly hey guys this is not what she hired you for. By that time the pod was more than half full. They then stuffed my 2 heavy couches on their side breaking their metal support beams and ripped off one motor. They hid them quickly with other things. I’m sure many more things are broken and unfortunately we won’t be unloading until July. We had to pay an additional hour because of their stubbornness to take the easy things first. They had to pull out boxes to get some furniture in but still left a LOT…. This was a terrible waste of money!! Will never use this company. $3500 worth of furniture ruined …..there insurance coverage says .58 cents a pound- seriously?!??? I have the couch receipts!! Ugh

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
