They did a wonderful job. They actually arrived early, which worked out great and it only took them 90 minutes to load the truck. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

The two movers were pleasant however they arrived late and IMO, were not appropriate movers to assign to a home that had an upstairs. The move time took a lot longer than it should’ve due to the capabilities of the movers assigned to this job. We had to help move a lot of the items to avoid an even longer overrun of time charged due to slowness of team. Our stair rail and wall at the top of the stairs and bannister were gouged and damaged, as well as the door frames where they brought items into the home and will need to be repaired. They did work hard however this was not the appropriate crew to assign to a home with stairs and the damage to the property and excess fees charged are definitely evidence of that.

Smart Move is a well run company on all fronts. Customer Service is on top of everything and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. They are also immediately responsive, courteous, and results oriented.......... Crews are very professional and courteous too. On time, careful with your stuff, and excellent truck packers. I used Smart Move for Chicago to Denver and now Denver to New York. A shout out to crew-chief Charlie in Denver, who worked both my moves (The second upon request).......... I highly recommend Smart Move / HireAHelper.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
