I hired two movers to pack my Penske truck. The first mover was on time and the other was 45 min late due to movers cancelling. I received a call from the manager apologizing that the scheduled mover called out and the replacement was 45 min out.
I helped the first guy pack up the truck as I was on the clock and being charged.
The second guy showed up and noticed that neither guy asked if they should wear booties. The tile and carpet floors when they left were really dirty.
They pack the truck well until the last 1/3 of the truck. They left big voids of empty space and then told me most of my furniture wouldn't fit. When my wife cam ehome form work, we unpacked the last 1/3 of the truck and was able to fit almost everything they said wouldn't fit.
When I arrived in Billings, and unpacking, we noticed that several items of furniture were damaged due to rubbing against each other, packing tape on the wood that removed stain when I removed the tape, furniture legs pushing against other fabric.
We had movers in Billings. They were professional and realized just how bad the first crew was.
Regarding the furniture damage and taping, our crew informed us that they did not use packing tape directly on any wooden furniture, nor did we tape the drawers shut. Additionally, we used the moving supplies provided by you, and our team ensured items were properly wrapped with the materials available at the time of loading.
About the packing and space, before leaving, our crew confirmed with you that you were satisfied with the loading, and at that time, you even left a 5-star review on Porch's portal. You later mentioned that you re-packed the truck yourself, which could have affected the original arrangement. Our team made sure to load the truck efficiently and securely within the capacity available.
When it comes to our late arrival, we sincerely apologize for the delay due to an unexpected cancellation, and we appreciate your assistance in the process. As for floor protection, we did not intentionally remove any materials you had placed; however, we always strive to be mindful of the space we work in, although we cannot ask our crew to wear booties since that would be a trip hazard.

Loaded a whole house fitting it in a Pod right to the back door. We’re right on time and finished in 2 hour time limit by working hard and efficiently. Would highly recommend. Hope I get the same crew to move in.

Alonzo and Dante arrived early, promptly introduced themselves and immediately began unloading the storage POD in the driveway. They were professional, courteous and moved everything very carefully and respectfully.
I would highly recommend Smart Move for any moving needs. If you are in the Las Vegas area, ask for Alonzo and Dante!

Yes, the crew was super nice, joking and hard workers. Hired 4 and only 3 showed. Done in less than 2 hours. Every careful with all our stuff. Careful of our belongings and our home. Will recommend this service for sure.

The crew themselves were courteous and professional. They even arrived a little earlier at my request. They did exactly what I asked and worked quickly. The only issue I had was with the courtesy call I received a few days before the move. I advised that there was a flight of stairs and that tools would be needed to break down furniture. None of which was conveyed to the moving crew. Nonetheless, we got it done and I'm happy with the services received.

The men arrived early and asked the right questions, because not everything in my room was going in the POD. All of them were courteous and went straight to work. My belongings were placed carefully in the POD and they were finished in under 30 minutes! I am so pleased I hired them! I have already booked them to help me unload!
