I originally booked 2 movers for 2 hours from 8am-10am on 7/9/22. At 7:45am, 3 movers arrived. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. It took them only 1 hour to load my PODS container. The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating is because I was not happy that they still charged me for the full 2 hours when the movers were finished the job within 1hr. That’s a difference of $150 plus tax. When I called I was told no refunds. That didn’t sit well with me.

First of all some I hired four men for two hours and two of the men arrived 15 minutes late and the other two arrived around 30 minutes late. In which, I ended up paying an extra $263 for this move. The supervisor or person coordinating the loading was good and one other guy with him were good, but the other two guys were slow and not respectful of our property or goods. They hit the wall with a big piece of furniture and left a hole in the wall and acted like they did not notice it until I pointed it out. Then my steel garbage can was bent. My husband's desk and bedroom dresser were damaged also. I have reported these items as damaged and waiting on a solution. I would not recommend these movers.

They were great. Showed up a little early. Banged out the job on an incredibly hot day. No complaints, never stopped moving, really well organized. Would recommend.

Great work, unloaded in 90 minutes what took 4 hours to load on the front end. They were friendly, polite, and on time. Gave me updates throughout the unload process. Absolutely would hire them again!!

They showed up a half an hour early and were completely done in one hour. I have a one-bed apartment worth of items. They were efficient at using the space in the pod, but I am concerned with how they loaded some of my items. Not necessarily a bad experience, but not a great one. We will see how everything holds up when I get the pod back at my destination.
