The two guys were friendly and seemed to do ok, that is until they left and I found that they put coffee/side table together incorrectly and damaged our newly refinished banister and handrail and a door frame. They did not even mention the damage they had done, which is a lack of integrity and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company.

The guys from Smart Move arrived slightly early and stayed until the truck was empty, which is exactly what we needed. They did an excellent job of packing the truck, and didn’t complain once about anything, even our finicky purple mattress! They came with their own dolly, which was hugely helpful, and they did their absolute best to make sure they weren’t hitting walls or causing damage to the furniture. They were very respectful and followed directions well. Thank you, thank you for making our move much easier!!

Smart Move saved the day! The company I previously had hired canceled and they stepped in and too the job. The three guys were at my location on time to meet and greet me. The three guys were very quick and got the job done! Great job I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!

Wow! They loaded everything quickly, and after an 8 hour drive, when I opened the back of the moving van, everything was still in its place. Workers were very courteous and took great care with our property.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
