The workers called the night before to schedule an earlier arrival from 10:00AM to 8:15-8:30 AM then didn't arrive until 8:50. They often did not listen to our directions on where items and boxes should go in the house. They were all about getting our moving trailer unloaded fast and getting to the next job. Several large items ended up in the basement that should have been on the first floor and v.v. They also weren't mindful of stacking fragile boxes below heavier boxes on the loading dollies. We had a few inexpensive,
But sentimental items crushed. They took no care to protect our floors and walls. I'm thankful we had other movers unload our furniture, glass cabinets, etc. Would definitely not recommend.
Regarding your scheduled move, it was booked in to us by you , for a 9:00-10:00 AM arrival window. Our team reached out the day before to confirm the time, and there was no indication that the time had changed. Our crew arrived slightly early, at 8:50 AM, in an effort to stay ahead of schedule. As well as we stayed past the pre booked time frame.
We recognize the importance of clear communication and will work to ensure better coordination in the future to prevent any potential misunderstandings.

The worst ever.
While there were no damages or issues during the move, the time and manpower provided were not enough for a job of that size. We always do our best to provide exceptional service, but accurate estimates during the planning stage are crucial to ensuring everything goes smoothly. We understand the frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Awesome guys with lots of energy! They arrived on time, did what I asked, and accomplished the task in under two hours with no complaints, no injuries, no damage to the stuff, and everything went smoothly!
