We hired Smart Move for unloading purposes. The gentlemen were punctual, friendly and courteous. They very worked hard during the allotted time. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that we feel the process would have gone more efficiently if they had brought a second dolly or a hand truck. But overall we were satisfied with the job they did.

Jason and Ram were fantastic! On time, polite and respectful, and brilliant at loading the moving container strategically so everything would fit. Highly recommend.

We were very dissatisfied with the service we received. Packers were asked to focus on the kitchen and art work. Two cabinets in the kitchen were missed completely. Several wall hangings had sticky tape on them that damages the picture frames. Several Tiffany lamps were packed poorly and were irreparably damaged in transit. Finally, we were over charged but that has since been corrected. I can not recommend this service.

The two movers were professional, polite and well able to complete the job they did for me. They checked and logged the condition of items that were packed inappropriately by another company. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again. They also were on time and maintained communication with me.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
