The team was great and I would hire them again but here are some insights -
They carried all the heavy stuff - they listened to direction :)
The team showed up a little later due to car issues but communications was on point. I was told the issue and when they would arrive.
3 gentlemen showed up and one was New on the job.
They had a broken dolly - they did not know what Tools they had. I had to dig through their tool box to get what ever I needed. I took off the Fridge doors and put them back.
One of the team members was recovering from a broken hand so carrying heavy stuff was an issue..
They came in for 2 hours and tried to get me to pay for a third... BUT I PAID for 3. So there was a bad connection there. I had to call their supervisor to clear that up... all was good their paper work showed 2 but mine showed 3 Seems hire a helper did not tell them?
The guys were very respectful, hard working but also young and needed my direction to guide them on steps. At one point the Back Bed piece was too big to go up the stairs so I had to use my tools to break it down but they helped put it back together. ALL BEDS and SOFAS and Dressers were put together by them and moved correctly.
Smart movers said they come with RUNNERS.... they only had one that they placed on my hardwood stairs.. I had to spread all of MY personal Moving Blankets around the house to make sure nothing got scratched.
I would hire them again.....

The team showed up on time and made quick work of unloading our Pod. They were prepared, had the right tools, and were very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

The guys were very good. Showed up a few minutes early and went straight to work. I grabbed them some burgers and fries so they took a quick break to eat then got right back to it. Super hot 95 degree day and they pushed thru it to fully load our 26 ft. Penske moving truck in about 4 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.??
