Starting with the positive. They were polite.
They were late arriving.
They were not wearing any kind of uniform or logo to show they were with the company I hired.
They did not introduce themselves.
They were sloppily dressed.
They reeked of marijuana (periodically throughout the day).
They were slow and uncoordinated. They did not work as a team.
I was quoted 3 movers for 3 hours for my move. It took them 8 hours and cost $990 more than the estimate.
They gouged my dry wall, scratched and chipped my wood furniture, ripped a mattress handle and tore off the drawer pull on a vintage dresser.
They forgot things at the move-out location.
They lost the hardware to reassemble my mirror to the dresser.
They didn’t reinstall the support legs under a California king size bed (we found them in a dresser drawer 2 days later).
Needless to say, I’m disgusted. This move cost me over $2200 and now I have to pay someone else to repair all the damage. Do not hire these people.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
