Alonzo and Manuel did a great job, they worked fast and got the whole truck unloaded in 2 hours, and got everything into my upstairs apartment. Only one thing was broken, and it is fixable, I just have to find the right piece to fix it. They were careful with my belongings, but things happen. I am not upset. They were kind and respectful, and I was so glad to have their help. I would 100% hire them again if I needed to. I have a friend who was here with us on moving day, who is asking for their info as well in case they need to hire movers someday too.

Des and Jamaal arrived on time and immediately went to work. They did a great job unloading the POD and moving furniture and boxes into the house and rooms as directed. They were both very careful with items and the house. They worked hard and efficiently and were very professional and courteous. This is the third POD that we have unloaded with help from Smart Move. Each unloading has gone extremely well. I definitely recommend using their services.

The crew of three workers planned to arrive on-time however there was a mistake made with the address and they arrived late. The lead, Moses, did call explained the problem and apologized for the mistake and delay. It was understandable and did not cause a problem for the unloading. The crew was prepared for the job with the necessary lifting equipment that was used on the heavy items - a piano and dining room hutch for china. The three crew members were friendly and began working immediately. They were careful with every item and with the house as they were carrying in boxes and furniture. They were very efficient and finished earlier than the scheduled time. Moses asked if there was any assembly work or any other rearrangement/placement they could do to fill the scheduled time. Great team, very professional, courteous and respectful. I would definitely use them again.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
