Very efficient and hard working crew. I signed up for 4 people for 4 hours. They sent 5 and finished in 2 hours. We had a steep driveway and 2 flights of stairs, and they were working on a hot afternoon. They never complained and were very polite. If a box wasn't labeled they asked for directions on placement. They were careful with our piano.
I do wish that they had slowed down a bit, since I still have to pay for the full 4 hours. I paid for the extra time to give them a chance to take breaks, to allow them to cool off and rest, knowing they had to deal with the heat and stairs. Overall, though, they were so hard-working that they deserve all 5 stars. Next time I'll sign up for fewer hours and just pay for extra hours if it takes longer than planned.

Smart Move brought a great team to come out and give us a hand moving in. They cleared out my 15' Uhaul with three guys in one hour flat up to the 3rd floor. Efficient, polite, respectful, hard working, and asked questions about where to place things. Cant recommend enough! Excellent.

We hired two helpers to unload a POD container. They arrived right on time. Because of POD placement issues, the job was more complicated than what I had initially described. They had no issue with the change and assured me they could get it done. They worked very quickly and efficiently and finished a job I thought would take 4 hours in 2 1/2 hours. Extremely professional, polite and careful with our belongings. Would definitely hire again!

Were they on time? Yes, and called 25 mins out to let me know they'd be arriving soon. They used the call time as the job start time, which needed to be corrected upon signing for the billing.
Were they prepared? Prepared as in they showed up wearing the shirts and looking the part. I would suggest some additional training for this team.
Did they work hard? 1 of the 3 (The $121 an hour included 2 movers. They sent a 3rd.)
Were they worth the $? No.
Why? For $121 an hour, the expectation is professional movers. These guys were sloppy and careless. Boxes were dropped in front of me (from the truck to the concrete), with blank looks afterwards. Wrapped furniture was stripped prior to unloading from the truck. Very disappointed.
Would I use them again? No. Even if they were free, I would decline.
Would I recommend them? Absolutely not. Overpriced, inexperienced, and unprofessional.

My Hire A Helpers, I believe their names were Cory & Cary, did a fantastic job unloading our moving van during our recent move to Bath. Prompt, professional, courteous, ever mindful of the items they were moving.
