Disappointing Moving Experience with Unfulfilled Services
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services I received on July 12th. I hired this company for assistance with my move and unfortunately, the service provided was far below acceptable standards, leading to significant disruption and additional work for my friends and family.
My agreed-upon start window was between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. When the movers had not arrived by approximately 9:50 a.m., I called them and was informed they would be late. At that point, I contacted customer service, and they assured me I would be compensated for any unused time due to the delay.
Despite this assurance, I was charged for three hours of service, even though the movers only worked for approximately 45 minutes once they finally arrived at my second location. After numerous frustrating calls and conversations with several customer service representatives, the company eventually agreed to a refund of approximately $80. This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering I spent around $500 on their services. I honestly was hopeful for a full refund given the circumstances, but that did not happen.
The most frustrating aspect of this entire experience is that the majority of my moving had to be completed by my friends and family members, rather than the professional movers I had hired and confirmed in advance. This company failed to deliver on the services I paid for.
I would never recommend this company's services to anyone, nor will I ever use them again in the future.
However, upon contacting the customer, we were informed that Amber’s husband had already completed the loading and that they wanted us to meet them at the unload location instead. We were happy to accommodate this change.
Following the unload, which took approximately one hour, the customer requested a refund based on the job duration. While our services have a standard two-hour minimum, we provided an $80 refund as a courtesy, despite the fact that we arrived within the scheduled timeframe and were not informed in advance that the loading would be handled independently.
We strive to be fair and flexible, and we feel we handled this situation generously. That said, based on the overall experience, we would not recommend working with this customer in the future.

Excellent communication from start to finish! Angelo and his helper were on time, early in fact, and jumped right in to get started. They both worked hard and were friendly and respectful. When we were done moving the large items to a new household, they then helped move some of the large items already at the household as well, which we really appreciated! I would definitely use them again!

They were on time and worked very hard. It was incredibly hot and they pushed through. Some of the boxes they were unpacking had to be set aside for storage and they were very considerate and made sure they set those boxes to the side. They were extremely polite, making a little small talk as they worked. I would highly recommend these very hardworking guys.
