Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and friendly. They recommended straps for my move that I wouldn’t have thought were necessary but turned out to be so helpful. They finished the job quickly and with competency. I ended up being available a little earlier than my window, and they were able to arrive a little early as well. I would recommend this company and use them again. Thanks for your help!

Worst mover experience ever!!!! I selected Smart Movers LLC. I would never recommend them. The movers showed up 2.5 hours after scheduled start time. With no apology or explanation I could smell marijuana on the movers, they arrived with NO moving equipment or tools.l and had to use mine. Half my furniture was damaged and I will be filing claims. I told movers to make sure all the furniture was loaded before anything and they ended up loading most of my boxed Items causing some of my furniture to be left out of my pod. A storm blew in and the movers let my furniture sit in the rain becoming Soaked then proceeded to load said wet furniture without driyingb it off. I called Smart Move and my call was never returned. I called Hire a helper and they only refunded me $55 for the tardiness… Total waste of my time I and money. After spending thousands on a moving pod and movers I still had to get a U-Haul truck for far was not loaded. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Their customer service, professionalism and empathy is lacking is every possible way!!!!

The helpers were on time and started to work right away. They were very efficient with the movement of articles and then placing them in the POD. They worked hard to get everything moved and placed. We were pleased with way they used the space to get everything in. These guys were great. I’d use them again and will look for Smart Move when we unpack.

The movers we hired were professional and respectful of our apartment.
I remember one of the guys who helped us was named Charlie. We hired two men for two hours and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other guy’s name. He was very polite and he worked hard to help us unload our U-Haul truck. We had driven 8 hours to our new apartment and they were very understanding that we needed extra time to arrive.
I recommend Smart Move as they are very flexible and communicative people. If you want your move done right, these are the guys for you.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
