Korey and Angela were very kind and accommodating when I asked them to wear masks inside. They offered to move everything into suitable rooms, but I declined due to needing to work on the rooms first. They managed to get my large awkward sectional inside without a scratch.

Very friendly and hardworking crew, and they graciously worked around a POD that couldn’t be parked directly in front of my unit. My only complaint is that they didn’t come with any equipment - even after I explained the situation with the POD - so the job ended up taking longer than was quoted, and I chose to finish moving the last few items myself lest I be charged an additional hour. Still, all around a great pair of guys, good work for the price and I’m grateful for the help they provided.

Mix up on the scheduling resulted in some nail-biting moments but the recovery was good and the guys they sent for the move did a good job. You will need to have an eye for how you want your truck packed--the two fellows who loaded my UHaul were not experienced as far as how to load but they were very careful with my stuff, went the extra mile to go slowly with a couple of pieces I was concerned about and were very courteous and efficient. I would recommend the company but would, as really you should always, be sure to confirm the move both a few days and, if possible, the day of the move. But thumbs up from me~!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To save time and be more cost efficient, stack all packed boxes in an area near exit, make sure to keep clear pathways, small children and pets entertained in out of the way area, disassemble furniture, have extra boxes, tape, sharpies, plastic wrap and furniture pads. Ensure your car and moving truck are fueled up, power on at new location, elevator locked off for apartments, mail forwarded, and be sure you have all keys you’ll need at your new place
