They were very nice people and worked hard, moved fast. They were respectful of my request to take off shoes on the carpet as well. While I was overall satisfied with the move and that it was all over, there were a couple of things I wish they did better.
They arrived outside of the arrival window by 30minutes. The man broke my murphy bed while lifting it by pull on the wrong components.
They finished earlier than the 2 hours so I asked if they could help reassemble some stuff in the last 25 minutes. Moved very efficiently.

Put my schedule off. Showed up late, then said they needed to do another job. Asked if they could come back at 3:00. Didn't show up. Called hire a helper, packer called asked if 10:30 would be OK. Then we agreed the next day at 7:00. Didn't show up called hire a helper again. They finally showed up at around noon and finished around 6:00. They worked hard but I just want the straight up truth.

Our expert teams will communicate to you their estimated arrival time, will arrive in uniform, take a quick walk-through with you to go over what is being moved in order to fully understand your expectations. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To save time and be more cost efficient, stack all packed boxes in an area near exit, make sure to keep clear pathways, small children and pets entertained in out of the way area, disassemble furniture, have extra boxes, tape, sharpies, plastic wrap and furniture pads. Ensure your car and moving truck are fueled up, power on at new location, elevator locked off for apartments, mail forwarded, and be sure you have all keys you’ll need at your new place
